Of course our plumbing problem happened on a holiday weekend. Was able to get Brentwood star plumbing and they would be able to come that afternoon so happy.and of course it was a pretty big job. But Nick got the job done right away and very professional and experienced.Very happy with the job would recommend this company for sure!

Sunday morning was a doozy to wake up to a broken watheater and kitchen sink issue. Becky was a treasure on the phone, Nick and his son were here fast, on time, and were so polite! I appreciate the booties on the boots too to keep my floors clean! Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Brentwood Star Plumbing!! What I liked most about my experience with BSP was: 1. the price was right (I had 3 other bids) 2. the work was done correctly and efficiently (he even had to notch out the cabinet to get the Ptrap to fit and I appreciate him doing something outside his usual scope to get the job done during that visit) 3. He cleaned up afterwards and was respectful of our space (ie i did not feel compelled to tell him to be careful of the wall paper in the small powder room because he didn’t come in like a caveman banging his tools around like some other plumbers that ripped the wallpaper).

A neighbor alerted me that he heard water leaking at my water meter. I immediately called Brentwood Services (on Sunday) and the agent said a city technician would inspect it in the morning the next day. Around noon, I called Services and asked for the results of the inspection and was told that the leak was on "my side" and that I was responsible to repair it. Not knowing any plumbers, I looked for plumber recommendations on my neighborhood Facebook page and Brentwood Star Plumbing was recommended several times. I called Brentwood Star Plumbing and a slot was available between 2-4pm the next day (Tuesday). I was told that they would call me when he was on the way. They called me at 11:55am and arrived 20 minutes later. He repaired the leak in about half an hour and the price was very reasonable.

I had 2 leaks that were dangerous and Nick repaired them very quickly. He was great, very good at explaining the problem..Everyone should know about Brentwood Star Plumbing and use them. It was the best plumbing experience I have had since living in this area which has been 28 years.

Nick came out and quickly determined the problem was our new water heater was defective and the next morning replaced it. He was very professional and polite to my tenants. Excellent experience. Scheduling was easy and timely. Nick called on his way and arrived exactly on time. I had a tricky lavatory faucet installation and he was careful and diligent to get it done without problems. He was able to explain the issues he addressed and cleaned up after himself. Nick and his team were a dream to work with. I located this company on Yelp and called in tears when my hot water heater began leaking. I called at 11am and by 12:30 Nick and his crew arrived, assessed the situation, and gave me a quote. Nick sat with me and broke down the costs for parts and labor and helped me get the cost down as much as possible. I am a younger woman and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase or like I was being taken advantage of. Nick gave me time to contact my home owners insurance and do my research so I felt comfortable in the decision I was making. Once I agreed to the services Nick and his team left to get the parts and arrived back within the hour to complete the work. The entire job of replacing my hot water heater was completed within 4 hours of my initial call. I had contacted other companies for quotes and was told it could be days for someone to come out. I am so thankful that I stumbled upon Nick and his company and will continue to use them in the future.

Nick and his son came by to fix a clog in our kitchen sink. They were on-time and professional. When they left we noticed there was still a leak in one of our pipes. I gave them a call back and they came back within 30 minutes. They identified the problem and fixed it at no charge. I will definitely use Brentwood Star Plumbing for any future plumbing work.
